Captain Sisko considers his actions - In The Pale Moonlight
I’d forgotten how good an episode this one is, I’m almost into season 5 of Voyager yet this is making me want to switch for a while over to DS9!  Actually when I’ve got some free cash I’ve got to pick up TNG Season Six on blu-ray.

the time off-screen on original series- that totally happened at some point- when Captain Kirk was wounded and spock had to crouch over him doing something science-y so uhura had to defend them with their last two phasers? Amirite? ;-) - terri104

Totally happened… :D

Make it so.
Sorry this is so late today but I’ve been working on commission pieces all day and sometimes when I’m getting a lot of work done I get a little singular focused.

Spock confirms that they have not retrieved the Captain in The Tholian Web.
Again I love the environment suits from Star Trek, I wished we’d seen more of them.
And a spot of Spock is a great way to finish off the working week ;)

Tasha Yar faces Armus in Skin of Evil
I’m not going to debate the quality of Tasha’s death or this episode but I think a lot was lost from production design through to the end product - I actually think the illustration makes him slightly more menacing so I’m happy with that :)

Data is not entirely successful in training Spot.
I think giving Data a cat was a stroke of genius :)

What’s wrong with Data’s training?  He sees his cat doing something he shouldn’t, and instead of trying to punish him, he redirects him to something he SHOULD be doing and rewards him with petting and affection.  That’s, like, textbook correct way to train a cat.  He could probably give Spot a treat for staying down, but I mean, otherwise A+.

The scene from the episode highlights that spot ignores him and when he demands something Data snaps to it and delivers, Geordi then points out that it’s actually Spot who’s training Data.So it’s not a judgement on Data’s cat training but a summary of the situation :)

Admiral Janeway “handles” the Borg
This is birthday surprise for Hailey who is a massive fan of Admiral Janeway and I owe for her patience around a commision piece fiasco (it’s a long story which ends with me confirming that I really need to clean my office up).
Hailey actually does her own trek art which you should check out!

Kirk tries to reason with Kang in Day of the Dove.
I’m kind of enjoying adding the dialog to the illustrations at the moment even if it’s not entirely iconic I think sometimes it sets the illustration scene up.
I just quite liked how everyone was framed in this scene.

OMG WE’RE AT 500 FOLLOWERS!!!!
I’m just blown away, I know there are plenty of accounts with a lot more people following them but this is unbelievably awesome and the Trek 365 people are the best people so I can’t even!
Thank you all for supporting the Star Trek 365 project, it means so much that you’re all along with me on this year long celebration of trek and a personal journey of illustration for myself.  This year has been so awesome so far!!!
Back when I think we had 250 I promised a Celebrating Sisko for 500 followers and so here he is!
Mmmmm a joyful Janeway if we hit 750?

"I am very happy to see you, Spot."
Data, Star Trek Generations
Look I’m not going to deny it, Spot and Data are clearly favourites around these parts and I’m very okay with this.  This is a very sweet moment though I didn’t enjoy the emotion chip storyline so much the pay off is worth it.
Damn it there’s a lot of dust in here…
Cheers ejollient for reminding me to do this scene!
